My animated short film is centered on the importance of sunscreen application. I included animated visuals and examples, guiding the audience through the essential narrative of daily sunscreen use in a light and fun tone. This included drawing visuals depicting various types of sunscreens and creating humorous animations illustrating my character Basil's skin damage from neglecting sunscreen application. My film reflects my artistic heritage, woven together with a dedicated commitment to health and self-care. With a natural love for skincare and recognition of the often-neglected aspect of self-care, I initiated this creative endeavor to impart valuable advice in a light-hearted manner. Through vibrant animations and Basil's silly personality, I bridge the gap between entertainment and education.
